Residents are invited to learn about neighborhood programs and local resources at the City of Greeley’s City Savvy HOA Workshop. The workshop will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, at the Family FunPlex.
“Strong neighborhoods start with informed residents,” says Betsy Kellums, city planner. “This workshop connects our community with tools to help strengthen neighborhoods and improve quality of life.”
Hosted by the city’s Community Development Office, the workshop is designed to help neighborhood leaders better understand city services, community resources and tools that support strong, connected neighborhoods. While the workshop is especially helpful for HOA members, all community members are welcome to attend at no cost.
Participants will hear directly from City of Greeley staff on topics including:
- Current and upcoming city projects
- Code compliance and neighborhood concerns
- Water efficiency programs and resources
- Greeley’s natural areas and trail system
- Additional services and information that support healthy, thriving neighborhoods
The April 16 workshop is the first in a four-part 2026 HOA Workshop Series. The series provides information on responsibilities, governance, maintenance issues and resident relations.
