Forge Campus has been awarded the 2025 EDIE Company of the Year in recognition of its industrial revitalization, innovative support of advanced-industry growth and deep community impact across Northern Colorado.
The formerly vacant manufacturing site spanning 177 acres and 811,000 square feet has been transformed into a thriving collaborative innovation ecosystem. With more than $11 million invested, Forge Campus has increased occupancy from 15 percent to 73 percent by attracting more than 50 technology and manufacturing businesses onsite.
Forge’s hands-on support model sets it apart, offering graduated lease structures for scaling companies, access to on-campus manufacturing and design services and proactive connections to capital, workforce and critical industry partners, helping tenants accelerate growth and bring new technologies to market.
Beyond business growth, Forge Campus is a regional community anchor, hosting public events, workshops and educational programs while engaging in statewide economic and legislative initiatives that advance Colorado’s manufacturing sector.
“This award reflects the work of an entire community committed to innovation,” says co-owner Jay Dokter. “Forge Campus exists to help companies grow and create opportunity.”
“Revitalizing this campus took vision, investment and an unwavering belief in what Northern Colorado can be,” adds co-owner Josh Kamrath. “We’re proud to help build a place where companies and people can thrive.”
