Berthoud, Estes Valley, Fort Collins and Loveland Community Fund Committees announce grants
After coming out of the biggest giving year ever, with over $22 million going out into the community from July 2024 to June 2025, the NoCo Foundation (Community Foundation of Northern Colorado) is excited to announce that $426,430 is being granted to nonprofits across the region through the 2025 Community Fund responsive grantmaking cycle.
Community Fund grants align with key issues discussed in the NoCo Intersections report, including housing/housing affordability, childcare, aging population, social connectivity and belonging and mental health. Forty-seven agencies received a total of $426,430 to support important work on these issues.
Each year, the NoCo Foundation accepts applications from nonprofit organizations doing important work in Northern Colorado. Local volunteer fund committees then review nonprofit applications and select grant recipients in their respective communities.
This month, the Berthoud, Estes Valley, Fort Collins and Loveland Community Fund Committees (CFCs) awarded 47 charitable organizations grants totaling $426,430.

“The NoCo Foundation is honored to support these impactful local organizations,” says Jodie Riesenberger, VP of community Impact. “The pressures facing the nonprofit sector right now are significant. Nonprofits are meeting more needs with fewer resources. We’re grateful to play a small part in supporting the work through our Community Fund grantmaking.”
The NoCo Foundation thanks its many volunteer committee members for their thoughtful evaluation throughout the grant process, undoubtedly leading to positive impact.
