The inaugural Carnival of Dreams was a collaborative event hosted by the Severance and Timnath chambers of commerce, with title sponsorship from Aims Community College’s Windsor campus and the Town of Severance. The carnival brought together community members, local businesses and students in career and technology education (CTE) programs at Pedro’s Coffee Shop in Timnath for a day of family fun, learning and networking. More than 25 businesses participated, while students from Weld RE-4 School District and Poudre School District showcased their work. The event featured a petting zoo, balloon artist, live music and a variety of interactive booths. The chambers donated $2,000 each to the Weld RE-4 and PSD CTE programs.
