Landmark Homes is excited to share that construction at Union Park is underway, with sitework nearing completion and vertical construction expected to begin by the end of this year. This milestone marks the next big step in bringing Fort Collins’ newest masterplanned community to life.
On-site progress is easy to see: Street signs are up (with some fun names you’ll be hearing more about soon), roads are paved, sidewalks are in place and underground utilities are complete.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held by the end of 2025 to celebrate the start of vertical construction. None of this momentum would be possible without the tremendous efforts of our team. When complete, Union Park will feature:
- 79 for-sale townhomes designed with Landmark Homes’ signature quality and style, including large decks and convenient garage access.
- Rental opportunities by Livmark Communities—a division of Landmark Homes specializing in for-rent properties. The apartments will offer rich community amenities, such as a clubhouse, pool, golf simulator, playground, parks, trails and gathering spaces.
- Integrated commercial, retail and mixed-use spaces, including a convenient on-site daycare.
- Walkability to Front Range Village Shopping Center and nearby restaurants.
