Ladies Day Doubles Tennis Tournament

A community of generous hearts rallied in support of Crossroads Safehouse at the Ladies Day Doubles Tennis Tournament. More than 150 players and volunteers enjoyed a day of tennis, shopping at Second Serve Boutique and bidding on auction items. Leading up to the event, 68 businesses and individuals showed their support through sponsorships, and more than 90 items were donated for the silent auction. As the day progressed, the matches became tougher and donations continued pouring in, driven by a shared belief that the community can make a difference in the lives of victims of domestic violence. Since its start in 2011, the tennis tournament has raised more than $377,723 for Crossroads Safehouse, and this year’s event set a new record of $55,412.
