The Human Bean Northern Colorado is stirring up something new in Windsor! The beloved drive-thru coffee retailer held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, June 20 for its 11th northern Colorado location at 1700 Main Street in Windsor.
Located off Highway 392, this new location brings The Human Bean’s signature blend of premium drinks and friendly service to a bustling corridor. “This is a great location in a great market,” said Frank Sherman, co-owner of The Human Bean Northern Colorado. “It’s a thriving, connected community that really captures the heart of Northern Colorado. In many ways, we see Windsor as the capital of Northern Colorado, and Highway 392 as the gateway to it all. We’re excited to bring our energy, coffee, and commitment to this area.”
The groundbreaking event marked an exciting milestone in The Human Bean’s ongoing commitment to growing its local footprint and serving more communities throughout Northern Colorado. The 615 square-foot location will feature a walk-up window and outdoor seating.
The Human Bean plans to open the doors to the public this fall 2025.
