Taste at Night
Opening Friday, June 13, Taste at Night is a new concept from one of downtown’s most popular restaurants, Taste Local Cafe. Taste opened its doors at 330 Cleveland Ave. in 2017 and is widely considered a favorite go-to breakfast and lunch spot for Lovelanders. Their new concept, Taste at Night, will be a craft cocktail and mocktail bar featuring classic mixed drinks made with fresh juices, house-made liquors and herbal syrups. In addition to handcrafted beverages, Taste at Night will also offer small bites to pair perfectly with their cocktails, mocktails, craft beer and wine. With a focus on quality ingredients and creating a comfortable atmosphere, this new concept will surely be a hit in the downtown Loveland food scene.
“We are so excited to expand our menu and hours this summer. Taste at Night is a concept we’ve had in mind for years, and we’re very pleased all the pieces are coming together,” says Victoria Bittner, owner and head chef.
Taste Local Cafe hours:
• Wednesday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Friday-Sunday: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Starting June 13th, Taste at Night will be open Thursday-Saturday from 4-10 p.m.

The Love Shack – Craft Mocktails
New to downtown Loveland, The Love Shack – Craft Mocktails recently opened its doors as a sober entertainment space, serving mocktails and other NA spirits, wine and beer. This one-of-a-kind, alcohol-free bar is operating out of Bar Lyssa and Nightclub at 120 E. 4th St. three days a week Sunday through Tuesday. Owner and mixologist Han Cassera opened The Love Shack in hopes of creating a sober space for people to
dance, hang out and connect without the chaos of alcohol. The Love Shack also offers live music, DJ dance parties, comedy shows, game nights and karaoke.
“The Love Shack is more than just a bar without alcohol: It’s a space where connection, creativity and community thrive. We’re here to prove that you don’t need booze to have a wild night, deep conversation or unforgettable experiences,” Cassera says.
The Love Shack – Craft Mocktails hours:
• Sundays: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Mondays and Tuesdays: 12-9 p.m.

Graze Craze
Graze Craze is a fresh concept currently under development on the ground level of The Collection, a luxury condo building located on 6th Street between Lincoln and Cleveland avenues. The Collection is home to 15 high-end condos, ranging in size from 950-1,950 square feet. Graze Craze will be the first tenant to occupy one of the two commercial spaces available. This new concept offers unique options for catered events, grab-and-go lunches, picnic boxes and more. With a focus on charcuterie, their platters are completely customizable and are offered at affordable prices.
