The Lincoln Center and The Gardens partner on outdoor summer concert series lineup
The Gardens on Spring Creek and The Lincoln Center are pleased to announce the return of the Live at The Gardens Summer Concert Series, presented by Mountain Valley Bank. From June through September 2025, audiences are invited to enjoy an unforgettable season of live music set against the stunning backdrop of The Gardens. Featuring top-notch performances, vibrant blooms, food trucks and a welcoming outdoor atmosphere, this beloved series promises an exceptional summer experience in Fort Collins’ most beautiful venue.
The Live at The Gardens 2025 season kicks off on Saturday, June 28, with a powerhouse double-header featuring five-time GRAMMY® Award winner Mary Chapin Carpenter alongside Brandy Clark, winner of the 2024 Americana Honors & Awards Best Song of the Year. Audiences can expect an evening of rich storytelling and soulful melodies from two of the most celebrated singer-songwriters in modern Americana music.
Bringing his signature high-energy country sound, Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry takes the stage on Sunday, July 13. Known for his rowdy and heartfelt songs, Montgomery’s latest release, “Home Run,” features hard-workin’ stories, fatherly wisdom and a boot-stomping reworking of Montgomery Gentry’s first single, “Hillbilly Shoes.” With five number-one country hits, a Grand Ole Opry membership and an induction into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame, Montgomery’s legacy is assured.
On Saturday, July 26, Marc Broussard brings his signature “Bayou Soul” sound to The Gardens. Known for his deep, resonant voice and blend of R&B, rock and soul, Broussard’s breakthrough album Carencro featured the hit single, “Home,” propelling him into the national spotlight. With a career spanning over two decades, he remains a standout musician in southern soul music, celebrated for his emotional authenticity and unique musical style.
A breathtaking night of music awaits on Saturday, Aug. 2, when GRAMMY® and Tony Award-nominated pianist, singer and charismatic performer Michael Cavanaugh joins forces with the Fort Collins Symphony to perform some of Billy Joel’s greatest hits. Handpicked by the “Piano Man” himself to star in the hit Broadway musical, “Movin’ Out,” Cavanaugh has since built a career performing the American Rock & Roll Songbook. His dynamic stage presence and extraordinary musicianship promise an unforgettable evening filled with crowd-pleasing favorites.
Legendary motown icons The Commodores will bring their signature blend of R&B, funk and soul to The Gardens on Sunday, Aug. 31. With a career spanning decades and a catalog of enduring hits, like “Brick House,” “Easy,” “Three Times a Lady” and “Night Shift,” The Commodores remain one of the most influential vocal groups of all time. Their current tour, Greatest Hits Tour – Live!, continues to captivate audiences worldwide, showcasing the timeless sound that has left a lasting impact across generations and genres.
Swinging into the spotlight on Saturday, Sept. 13 is the GRAMMY® Award-winning and legendary Count Basie Orchestra with an exhilarating evening of world-class jazz. Nearly 40 years after Count Basie’s passing, the orchestra continues to perform at the highest level, winning 18 GRAMMY Awards and most recently the 2024 GRAMMY for Best Large Jazz Ensemble. Joining them is six-time GRAMMY® nominee Nnenna Freelon, whose soulful vocals have graced stages with jazz legends like Ray Charles and Al Jarreau. Together, they’ll deliver a night of timeless swing and unforgettable jazz to close out the 2025 Live at The Gardens Summer Concert Series.
Official and authentic tickets for the Live at The Gardens Summer Series are only available through The Lincoln Center Box Office. Tickets are not available at The Gardens on Spring Creek. Member presales begin at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15 for Gardens Contributing, Sustaining and Leadership members. Tickets will go on sale for all Gardens Members and Lincoln Center Subscribers on Wednesday, April 16 at 1 p.m. General public tickets can be purchased anytime after 1 p.m. on April 18 at lctix.com or at 970.221.6730.
Live at The Gardens concert tickets are dynamically priced, changing based on demand. When tickets first go on sale—both during the pre-sale and public on-sale periods—they will start at the lowest listed price. As more tickets are sold, prices increase.
