Loveland Downtown District provides free summer fun
The Loveland Downtown District is pleased to announce that the One Sweet Summer event series is returning to downtown Loveland this summer, running from mid-May through the end of August. Kicking off May 31, there will be a variety of festivals, activities, classes and concerts that will bring fun and entertainment for everyone to enjoy. All events in the series are free and open to the public with free parking available throughout downtown and in The Foundry parking garage.
Along with family-friendly live music from talented regional bands, the Loveland Downtown District will host weekly fitness classes on Saturdays, kids days in the Foundry Plaza on Wednesdays, an ice cream festival in June, a series of eight Wednesday night concerts and a full-day bluegrass festival, as well as a classic car show and live blues shows. The summer event series will also feature collaborations with downtown businesses, local artists, food vendors, downtown craft breweries and more.
The Heart Improvement Plan construction has not changed the programing for the One Sweet Summer event series. The Loveland Downtown District is encouraging people to attend these free events, check out the improvements being made to 4th Street and support the wonderful businesses in downtown Loveland.
The 2025 One Sweet Summer schedule includes:
- Blues & Cruise – Saturday, May 31 | Car Show 10 a.m.-3 p.m. | Live Blues in the Foundry 1-7 p.m.
- Bluegrass & Brews Festival – Saturday, June 14, 1-9 p.m.
- Ice Cream Festival – Friday, June 27, 4-9 p.m.
- Kids on the Plaza – Wednesdays, June 11-Aug. 6, 12-2 p.m.
- Fitness on the Plaza (Yoga Classes) – Two classes offered on Saturdays, June 21-Aug. 30, 8-9 a.m. and 9-10 a.m.
- Fitness on the Plaza (Spin Classes) – Sunday, June 22, July 13 and Aug. 10, 8-8:45 a.m.
- Wednesday Concerts – Wednesdays, July 9-Aug. 27, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
- Symphony on the Plaza – Friday, Aug. 8, 6-8:30 p.m.
