Forge Campus Launches Third Thursday Concert Series to Strengthen Community Connections

By: Staff

Forge Campus, Loveland’s hub for collaboration, innovation, and community engagement, will host the Third Thursday Concert Series, a new monthly event aimed at bringing the community together through live music, local culture, and social interaction.

Event Details:

  • What: Third Thursday Concert Series, presented by Forge Campus
  • When: Every third Thursday of the month, June through September, from 6-8 p.m.
  • Where: Grimm Brothers Brewing – Bar + Kitchen, 815 14th St. SW B100, Loveland, CO 80537

A Community-Driven Initiative

Forge Campus is committed to fostering meaningful connections through events that enrich the Loveland community. The Third Thursday Concert Series is designed to provide a space where residents, professionals, and creatives can gather, enjoy local musicians, and experience the vibrant culture of the area.

Following recent budget constraints that led to the suspension of the Foote Lagoon Summer Concert Series, Forge Campus saw an opportunity to continue the tradition of free, live outdoor music. While not a direct replacement, the Third Thursday Concert Series allows Forge Campus to contribute by offering another opportunity for residents to enjoy local talent in a community-centered setting.

“We are excited to launch the Concert Series as a way to bring Loveland together through music and shared experiences,” said Jay Dokter, General Partner of Forge Campus. “This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering a strong, engaged, and connected community.” Susan Ison, Cultural Services Director for the City of Loveland, added, “We are pleased that Forge Campus has stepped up to continue the Thursday night concert tradition, which began at Foote Lagoon in 1988.”

What to Expect:

  • Live Music: Enjoy performances from talented local musicians in an intimate outdoor setting.
  • Food & Drink: Food and beverages from Grimm Brothers Brewing – Bar + Kitchen, including craft beers and tasty bites.
  • A Place to Connect: Whether networking, unwinding after work, or supporting local talent, the series offers an opportunity to build relationships and strengthen community ties.
