The Group Inc. Real Estate will open its ninth office this spring when it launches a new Greeley location at 1829 56th Ave., Suite A, another strategic move by The Group to respond to the changing demographics of Northern Colorado.

By expanding its presence in Weld County, The Group is also preparing for the future of Northern Colorado. Weld experienced a 2.6-percent population growth between July 2022 and July 2023, based on the latest U.S. Census report, outpacing the statewide rate of growth. In total population, the county added 9,176 people for a 2023 total of 359,442—up from 350,266 in 2022—making it the fastest-growing county in Colorado by total change.
