Diez Años de Medianoche celebrates a decade of Medianoche innovation. This blend was aged for over 36 months and is one of the most unique blends that WeldWerks has ever crafted. Designed to highlight the exceptional quality of our barrels, it includes Medianoche aged in; 23-year Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon, 12-year W.L. Weller 12-year Bourbon Whiskey, six-year Breckenridge Port Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey, six-year Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Straight Rye Whiskey, 18-year Sazerac Straight Rye Whiskey, 16-year William Larue Weller Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, six-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon and 10-year Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Enjoy the harmonious fusion of these remarkable bases, each contributing to the legacy of Medianoche.
North Park Beer Co. Collab: Macaroon Medianoche
Macaroon Medianoche is the result of blending WeldWerks’ base Medianoche with adjuncts from North Park’s Macaroons Before Dying. This indulgent barrel-aged imperial stout was aged for over 34 months in a combination of Weller 12 Bourbon and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels before resting on a mix of four different types of coconut: raw unsweetened coconut chips, shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted coconut, and Emperor’s toasted coconut flakes, alongside Madagascar vanilla beans. To finish this full-bodied blend, WeldWerks added rich caramel and Dark Matter Coffee’s Unicorn Blood espresso beans. The crew at WeldWerks is honored to create this barrel-aged delight with the legendary team at North Park.
