Riverside Colorado kicked off the new year with a wellness event by the Poudre River. Attendees enjoyed yoga and breathwork sessions led by Yoga Pod, relaxing sauna experiences provided by Foundry Saunas and a refreshing cold plunge into the Poudre River. The Riverside Renewal included complimentary beverages such as the Mish Ale (a collaboration with Odell Brewing Company) and wines from The OBC Wine Project. To top it off, live music by Ian Foster of Friendly Reminders and singer-songwriter Robin Lewis entertained guests in the afternoon.
