Mantooth Company turned 30 this year. In honor of this special anniversary, the company invited clients to participate in their annual Thanksgiving Feast Campaign to support Vindeket Foods, a Fort Collins-based nonprofit food rescue that partners with local grocers, restaurants and farms to reduce waste. Mantooth asked clients to donate to the campaign, pledging to match every dollar. Thanks to the generosity of their clients, clients’ employees and the matching contribution, more than $8,000 was raised.
“It’s incredible to see how Mantooth collaborated with their clients to support our mission,” says Nathan Shaw, executive director and founder of Vindeket Foods. “When a business not only steps up but inspires others to do the same, the impact is truly significant. We’re so thankful for this partnership and for the generous contributions that will help us continue our work in the community.”
Vindeket Foods rescues food that would otherwise go to waste. The food is redistributed to individuals, families and other nonprofits via a no-cost market open to everyone. This is Vindeket’s way to ensure that anyone, regardless of their financial situation, has access to healthy food. For more information about Vindeket Foods, visit vindeketfoods.org.
Participating Mantooth Company clients included Ace Hardware of Fort Collins, Big O Tires, Breeze Thru Car Wash, Columbine Health Systems, Connell Resources, Goes Funeral Care, Houska Automotive, Human Bean Northern Colorado, Integrated Computer Consulting, Kansas Analytical, Pathways Hospice, The Picklr and Waypoint Bank.
