Festive Holiday Events Hosted by Greeley Recreation

Sprinkle a little merriment and joy this season with your loved ones

The City of Greeley Recreation Division will host several annual holiday events the whole family will enjoy. These include:

Skate Your Turkey Off

The day after Thanksgiving, skate away the holiday feast with family and friends.
When: 12-5 p.m. Nov. 29
Where: Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Ave.
Admission: $10 (includes skate rental)

Jingle Bell Jam

Savor holiday magic with Santa and Mrs. Claus, sip hot cocoa and decorate an ornament for a tree (or save it as a gift for someone special!).
When: 5-8 p.m. Dec. 13
Where: Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Ave.
Admission: Free

Winter Ice Show

In this exciting figure skating exhibition in collaboration with Mountain View Skating Club, witness the spins, jumps and breathtaking moves of heroes and villains. This year, enjoy guest performances by USA Figure Skating skaters Katie Holling, ranked fifth in the country, and William Church and Elizabeth Hansen from Illinois, ranked second. A fun, family-friendly show! 
When: 6:30 p.m. Dec. 13 and 3 p.m. Dec. 14
Where: Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Ave.
Admission: $10; children two and under are free.

Zumba Holidance

Celebrate the holiday season with a free Zumba class. Come dressed in your favorite holiday workout clothes or an ugly sweater.
When: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dec. 18
Where: Greeley Recreation Center, 651 10th Ave.

Skate with Santa

Lace up the skates to enjoy a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, take selfies in the photo booth and create a holiday craft.
When: 12-1:30 p.m. Dec. 21
Where: Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Ave.
Admission: $10 (includes skate rental)
