Attend a variety of costume-wearing, game-playing events for all ages
The City of Greeley Recreation Division welcomes the community to join in multiple ghoulish gatherings. Bring your family and friends, wear your best Halloween costume and enjoy some frightfully good times. Here’s a list of spooktacular events for the whole family to enjoy.
Glow Week
Oct. 25-29
Get into the Halloween spirit by joining Glow Week. Various fitness classes will celebrate Halloween with glow-in-the-dark items, black lights and Halloween-themed music at the Greeley Recreation Center and the Family FunPlex. Group fitness classes are free for Greeley Recreation members, and anyone can pay the daily admission fee to take one.
Trick or Climb
4-7 p.m. on Oct. 25
Reach the top of the climbing wall at the Greeley Recreation Center for some Halloween treats. This is a free event.
A Haunted Night at the Family FunPlex
5-8 p.m. on Oct. 25
Bring your ghouls and goblins to trick-or-treat through the fieldhouse and miniature golf course (weather permitting). Create Halloween artwork in a coloring contest, devour refreshments at the witch’s tea party, make a craft and come dressed for the costume contest from 6-7 p.m. This is a free event.
Cosmic Costume Skate
6:45-8:15 p.m. on Oct. 26
Visit the Greeley Ice Haus in costume, ice skate with friends and attend the costume contest. Admission: $10 (includes skate rental).
Zombie Zumba
6-7 p.m. on Oct. 29
Dress for Halloween and compete in a costume contest during zumba at the Family FunPlex. Admission: Pay the daily drop-in fee (or attend for free with a Greeley Recreation membership).
