The Picklr Fort Collins Coming to Jessup Farm in 2025

Colorado Pickleball ADA LLC, franchising partner for Utah-based The Picklr, announced that The Picklr Fort Collins is coming to Fort Collins’ Jessup Farm Artisan Village late next year or in early 2026. The 27,000-square-foot facility will offer 10 indoor pickleball courts featuring high-quality outdoor-style surfacing open play, league play, tournaments, a pro shop, private event space and grab-and-go refreshments.

Jessup Farm, located south of Prospect Road on the east side of Timberline Road, was envisioned by the Campana family and Bellisimo Inc. to rehabilitate the historic Jessup farmstead.

“Since we began in 2011, our goal has always been to create community and experiences throughout the building of Jessup Farm,” says Gino Campana, developer of Jessup Farm. “We love that this isn’t just pickleball courts inside a building, and we love the idea of having activities that promote healthy lifestyles join Jessup Farm.”

“The Picklr Fort Collins fits right into our concept that gathering and community areas are equally as important as the championship-quality courts. Building community is what pickleball does,” says Chad Preiss, one of The Picklr Fort Collins’ four co-owners. “We are so happy to bring The Picklr’s top-quality indoor experience to the Jessup Farms and Fort Collins communities.”

The Colorado Pickleball group is enthusiastic about the future of both pickleball and The Picklr, which is the official partner of Major League Pickleball and the Professional Pickleball Association. In the last nine months, the number of The Picklr franchises sold nationwide has grown to more than 350 in 25 states, cementing itself as North America’s most popular indoor pickleball franchise. Colorado Pickleball also owns The Picklr Loveland and the upcoming The Picklr Cheyenne.

“We really like that The Picklr is so organized and that when you purchase a membership to The Picklr, you can play across the U.S.,” Campana says. “We’ve been waiting to put something truly special on Jessup Farm’s last two pads, and we think this is it.”
