Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is proud to announce Wayne Fraleigh as its new CEO. With a strong track record in healthcare leadership and a commitment to innovative patient care, Fraleigh brings a wealth of experience that will guide OCR to its next chapter of growth and excellence across all six medical campuses.
Fraleigh joins OCR with more than 23 years of progressive leadership responsibilities. His experience, combined with his clinical training, make him a valuable asset to OCR. Most recently, he served as the chief operating officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, S.C., overseeing more than 450 primary care and multispecialty physicians and providers in 65 ambulatory locations. He also was the vice president of the orthopedics and neuroscience service lines at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati and chief operating officer of ambulatory services at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas.

Fraleigh is an expert in developing physician models, medical group operations and service line strategies as well as executing growth initiatives. He enjoys developing strong leaders, aligning stakeholders and driving key metrics. His divisions have consistently experienced significant growth and improvements in volume, market share, customer experience, care coordination and profit margins.
Fraleigh’s commitment to continuous learning is evident in his educational background. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He is also an orthopaedic certified specialist and fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
