The City of Greeley awarded Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. the master plan redesign project on July 1. Associates of the firm, along with city employees, will form a steering committee responsible for community engagement, stakeholder interviews and a site audit of Lincoln Park.
After the five-day stakeholder and community feedback sessions from July 27-31, the steering committee will enter phase two of the project to define a proposed direction of development for the park. Additional community engagement for this project is anticipated to take place in fall 2024.
