The Fire Hydrant 5K brings the community together to raise funds for homeless animals in Northern Colorado. Every registration, pledge raise, expo booth and sponsor helps ensure that NOCO Humane has the resources to care for animals in need at any given moment. This year’s event raised more than $102,000, with 930 humans and 430 furry friends on the 5K course. The funds are enough to provide 4,000 animals with food, enrichment, shelter and veterinary care for one day.
