Human Bean Northern Colorado and Colorado Eagles Raise $3,900 for UCHealth Northern Colorado Foundation Oncology Patient Assistance Fund
Human Bean Northern Colorado has made it a long-standing tradition to support cancer fighters in northern Colorado with programs like Coffee for a Cure. For their most recent effort, The Human Bean hosted a fundraiser to support the Colorado Eagles Fight Cancer Weekend on January 13 and 14 to benefit the UCHealth Northern Colorado Foundation Oncology Patient Assistance Fund.
From January 1 through January 21, 100% of proceeds from The Human Bean’s new ‘Slapshot’ Bright energy drink from all 10 drive-thru locations were donated to the Foundation’s fund. Named after the Colorado Eagles’ mascot, the purple-colored Slapshot drink was the perfect complement to the special lavender jerseys the Colorado Eagles wore for the games.
