- Caramel Edition: Crack open this Imperial Stout, aged for 30 months in Blanton’s and Eagle Rare bourbon barrels then perfected with Colombian cacao nibs and caramel.
- Coconut Infusion: Dive into this Imperial Stout, aged for 28 months in Buffalo Trace Experimental bourbon barrels and Law’s Whiskey House rye barrels then culminated in Bolivian cacao nibs and coconuts.
- Strawberry Symphony: Immerse yourself in the rich taste of this Imperial Stout, aged for 22 months in Buffalo Trace and Blanton’s bourbon barrels then harmonized with Ecuadorian cacao nibs and strawberry.
Tickets for the three-bottle box can be purchased in the taproom starting on Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. MST with pickups Jan. 31 through Feb. 18. All three flavors will be available on draft at WeldWerks on Jan. 31, including a version that has a blend of all three. Folks can also enjoy an add-on flight pairing that includes four-ounce pours of each flavor paired with chocolate from Voulez-Vous BonBon for $28 (while supplies last).
