This year, the Mission to Hope Walk started at Catholic Charities and ended at the Murphy Center for Hope. It was a family and pet-friendly event with fun activities like face painting and making clay pawprints after the walk. The event brought together over 150 community members, both with and without housing, and raised nearly $20,000. All the money raised will go to support the Murphy Center for Hope, a program by Homeward Alliance. This event showed our community’s support for those experiencing homelessness and our commitment to making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.
