Worldwide Day of Play was created by Nickelodeon, and this year, the Children’s Museum of Northern Colorado brought it to Chapungu Sculpture Park at Centerra for local families to enjoy. The kid-friendly activities encouraged ways to play through creating, building, moving and exploring. Kids enjoyed a bounce house, scavenger hunt, community art project, STEM activities and some of life’s simpler joys, like logrolling down a hill.
