The town of Windsor kicked off the 101st Windsor Harvest Festival by welcoming the changing seasons from cloud nine at the Picture the Sky Balloon Rally. Over 20 hot air balloons took off from Eastman Park, coloring the morning sky. Families from across Northern Colorado came to the festival to appreciate the ballooning and Cruise-In Car Show and visit more than 200 vendor booths. The festival continued to harvest community spirit throughout the weekend with the grand parade, live music, farmers market, a pancake breakfast, kids’ games and more.
