Fast-casual Concept Celebrates New Seasonal Items

Across all locations, including the downtown, Fort Collins and Harmony sites, the current menu at CRISP & GREEN has 10 staple salad and grain bowls with additional bowls that rotate seasonally. This spring season, CRISP & GREEN has added three new mouth-watering menu items; These new fresh flavors include the return of “You Feta Believe it,” along with the “Crispy Teriyaki” Bowl, and last, but not least they have added the “BBQ Smokeshow” Salad.

In addition to the salads & grain bowl, CRISP & GREEN introduces a new flavor-packed acai bowl, “Tropic Time.”

“Evolving our menu with the seasons has always been an important component of our scratch-made menu and something our guests always look forward to. We’re always innovating our menu here at CRISP & GREEN to keep things fresh and exciting,” says Co-Founder Lily Smith. “One of the dishes I am excited about is our warm Teriyaki bowl featuring a delicious teriyaki dressing, roasted chicken, lots of veggies and our newest ingredient, crispy roasted broccoli. It’s sure to be a new favorite!”

Salad bowl featuring spinach, mixed greens, roasted chicken, feta, strawberries, cucumbers, and
sunflower seeds with house-made balsamic vinaigrette.

Teriyaki Bowl
Grain bowl featuring brown rice, spinach, roasted chicken, napa cabbage, carrot, roasted broccoli, fajita
peppers & onions, crispy wontons**, & teriyaki dressing.

BBQ Chicken
Salad bowl featuring mixed greens, romaine, BBQ chicken thigh, napa cabbage, carrot, pickled onion,
roasted corn & poblano, blue corn chips, & smoky BBQ ranch.

Tropic Time
Acai Bowl featuring dragon fruit sorbet, mango sorbet, banana, strawberries, kiwi, fresh blueberries and
toasted coconut.
