Local chef and founder of Betta Gumbo, Clay Caldwell, recently brought his New Orleans-style cooking to downtown Windsor just in time for Mardis Gras. The community was invited to dress in their best carnival attire and celebrate Fat Tuesday at the new location. Guests received a complimentary Mardi Gras-themed shot and enjoyed Lowcountry gumbo and beignet stations. The live DJ kept the party going all night.
