Who: WeldWerks’ kitchen and brewing teams have collaborated for the brewery’s first in-house beer dinner inside WeldWerks’ Barrel Room which houses the brewery’s acclaimed barrel-aged stouts.
What: The talented and creative minds behind WeldWerks’ kitchen and beer will proudly showcase their creations at the inaugural Chef & Brewers Dinner on Nov. 17.
This limited-seating five-course dinner ($90 per person) will include a guided five-course autumn-inspired dinner (think carrot tartare, duck breast with demi-glace and Kulfi ice cream to name a few dishes) led by WeldWerks brewers and chefs, with each course paired with a hand-selected pour.

- A five-course prix-fixe plated dinner
- Five full pours of selected beer pairings
- Full service throughout the event led by WeldWerks Chef, Sous Chef, Director of Production, and Head Brewer
You must be 21+ to attend. The beer dinner will showcase a diverse, autumn-inspired menu featuring poultry, fish, dairy, and gluten-based items. Due to the nature of this event, the brewery cannot offer menu substitutions. All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

When:Thursday, Nov. 17 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. where guests can enjoy a welcome beer as they explore the Barrel Room. The dinner will begin promptly at 6 p.m.
Why:While WeldWerks is known for producing top-notch beers the past seven years, the talented team behind their kitchen has been creating delicious bites since the kitchen opened last February. This is not pub food but rather chef-driven, elevated cuisine that marries precision, technique and flavor composition to produce the simple enjoyment that comes with a great bite paired with an excellent beer.
