The Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual gala was nothing short of a red-carpet affair at the Budweiser Biergarten. Over 150 supporters of the chamber gathered to celebrate the town of Wellington’s successful year. The theme was Night at the Oscars, and many businesses and individuals were awarded the coveted statue for outstanding performance, including Best Business of the Year, Best Nonprofit of the Year and Most Improved Storefront. Guests participated in both live and silent auctions and entered the wine and whiskey pulls. Partial proceeds from the auctions benefited Sweet Destiny Foundation and Harvest Farm in Wellington.
