The Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Windsor Downtown Development Authority, hosted a Valentine’s Wine & Chocolate Walk. Twenty-six businesses participated, hosting over 550 participants who enjoyed delicious chocolate truffles and wines from around the world.
