Betta Gumbo in Loveland celebrated its annual Fat Tuesday party with guests from all over Northern Colorado. Mardi Gras has continued to be a staple event at the downtown Loveland Cajun and Creole restaurant and 2022 was no different. With over 500 people attending throughout the day, there was a waitlist as soon as they opened their doors. From drink specials, to Mardi Gras costumes, to a live bourbon brass band, Betta Gumbo showed that the New Orleans spirit lives on even 1,100 miles away from the pelican state of Louisiana.
