Remembrance Day

RainDance put on the very first Remembrance Day in Windsor to honor the 20th anniversary of 9/11. The day commemorated and honored those who lost their lives on 9/11, those who served and those who are currently serving. There were six moments of silence throughout the day where the crowd went quiet to honor what happened 20 years ago. The event had multiple musical performances, a strongest man monster truck pull, a gun salute, patriotic skydivers, fireworks and many more patriotic celebrations. A percentage of proceeds was donated to support Weld RE-4 School District, American Legion Post 109, Windsor Police Department and the Windsor Severance Fire Rescue.
