The Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt is back! From October 15-31, head to Loveland and hunt for scarecrows all around town. Artistic scarecrows are waiting for you across the city – from downtown and Centerra to fun places in between. These aren’t your typical scarecrows – each has been meticulously designed by local artists and businesses to show off Loveland’s thriving art community.
The hunt is free and open to everyone. Players who complete the hunt will win a prize and be eligible for grand prizes (see below).
How to Play
STEP 1: Download the free, official Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt app – EVENTZEE.
STEP 2: Follow EVENTZEE’s instructions to create an account, and use the code (SCARECROW) to find the Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt game.
STEP 3: The app will guide you through a series of questions, challenges, and puzzles to solve, and will take you throughout Loveland in your hunt to find all of the scarecrows. You will need to score a minimum of 1000 points to qualify for the Grand Prize drawing, and you must complete ALL the challenges to be eligible for all other prizes. Please note that you do not have to get every answer correct to be eligible for prizes.
STEP 4: After completing the all of the challenges, you can show the Scarecrow Champion badge at the Loveland Visitors Center during regular store hours (Mon – Sat, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM) to claim your prize. One prize per player, please. The word player refers to each account created in the app.
While this game can be played anytime, we recommend playing during daylight hours as some challenges will be much more difficult to complete in the dark. All of the challenges are outdoors. No entrance fees or purchases are required to play. The hunt can be completed in a few hours or over multiple days but must be finished by midnight on October 31st.
Prizes
To win and qualify for the GRAND PRIZE, you must score a minimum of 1000 points on the Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt game in the Eventzee App. To win and qualify for all other prizes, you must complete ALL of the challenges in the app and locate all of the scarecrows, which is confirmed on the app via the receipt of the Scarecrow Champion badge. The prizes and selection criteria are as follows:

Everyone who completes the game can claim this prize at the Loveland Visitors Center, by physically presenting your Scarecrow Champion badge to the staff during regular business hours (Monday-Saturday 9AM-3:30PM). Prizes will be available through November 6th. Limited to the first 500 people. - Grand Prize: Loveland Escape (Valued at over $625)
Overnight stay at TownePlace Suites Loveland, Loveland Laser Tag Ultimate Adventure Party for 10 people, Promenade Shops at Centerra $50 gift card, and a Visit Loveland gift basket.
Winner is chosen by random drawing of all players who scored a minimum of 1000 points in the game. - 1st Prize (Valued at over $160)

Winner will be the top point scorer in the app, as of November 1. In the case of a tie, winner will be selected by random drawing of all top point scorers. - 2nd Prize (Valued at $100)

Grand Prize and 1st – 3rd Prize winners will be contacted with details on how to claim their prizes during the first week of November.
