The Human Bean’s 16th Annual Coffee for a Cure will Donate 100% of Sales to Local Cancer Fighters

Friday, Oct. 22 at all locations

For the 16th year in a row, Human Bean Northern Colorado is hosting Coffee for a Cure on Friday, October 22. All 10 northern Colorado Human Bean locations will donate 100 percent of sales to serve the northern Colorado community and provide financial assistance for breast cancer, and all cancer patients at local Banner and UCHealth facilities. This is the largest fundraising event executed by Human Bean Northern Colorado during the year.

Larimer and Weld County funds will benefit both the UCHealth Foundation, providing financial assistance to overcome barriers related to the treatment of all cancers and the North Colorado Medical Center Breast Cancer Fund, providing financial assistance to overcome barriers related to the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

“Thanks to the generous support of our northern Colorado community, Coffee for a Cure raised more than $54,000 last year,” said Frank Sherman, owner of The Human Bean. “We look forward to exceeding this amount in 2021 and making an impact in the lives of local cancer fighters.”

To support the benefiting organizations to the fullest extent, Human Bean Northern Colorado has added an extra component to Coffee for a Cure – a limited edition pack sold exclusively on Coffee for a Cure Day. The pack includes a mug, drink coupon, sticker bean coupon and sunglasses. Only 250 packs will be made available and will retail for $55.
