3.27.21 :: Windsor Lake
Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO), Colorado’s sports organization for individuals with intellectual disabilities, hosted its annual Polar Plunge Series presented by Westerra Credit Union on March 27 at Windsor Lake. Entering its thirteenth year in Colorado, Polar Plunge is one of SOCO’s most recognizable fundraisers and provides supporters an easy way to raise funds, engage with athletes and have fun for a great cause. This year, more than 370 Northern Colorado “plungers” helped raise about $70,000 during the Windsor event–exceeding their goal of $42,000.
