Roche Constructors, Inc. (Roche) — a full-service general contracting/construction management company headquartered in Greeley, Colorado, with regional offices in Colorado, Nevada, and Indiana — has announced the company’s 50th year in business.
Over the past 49 years, Roche has completed projects totaling $3.4 billion spanning across 16 states — east to west from California to Washington, D.C. and north to south from Montana to Florida. Tom Roche, president, and CEO for Roche Constructors credits the company’s success to its core principles – Respect, Responsibility, and Relationships.
“These three principles have been the foundation of our company and are represented by the three R’s that are built into our corporate logo,” said Roche. “They serve as a daily reminder of who we are and what we are about. For us, it’s all about having respect for ourselves and for others, taking responsibility for our actions and upholding our responsibility to our clients, and understanding that our company is successful because of the relationships that we develop with our clients.”
The company’s first project was the Greeley Veterinary Clinic in Greeley, Colorado. During its first full year of business, Roche’s largest project was Greeley Plaza Apartments, also in Greeley, which was valued at $985,000. Over the years, the company demonstrated its abilities and as of today, the company’s largest completed project is FlatIron Crossing in Broomfield, Colorado, valued at $116 million. Going into 2021, Roche has secured the contract for the $49.5 million Tointon Academy of Pre-Engineering for Greeley-Evans School District 6.
“We are grateful to our employees, clients, design partners, subcontractors, friends, and family who believed in and worked with us,” said Roche. “Our success story remains incomplete without this support that helps us to grow and evolve. We are looking forward to many more exciting years ahead!”
