Re-Creating the Past: The Archaeology of Beer” was presented in a virtual program on Thursday, Sept. 3, hosted by the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures. Travis Rupp, known as the Beer Archaeologist, will survey the beginnings of beer in the ancient Near East through its development and stylization throughout Europe. Rupp is the Innovation & Wood Cellar Manager at Avery Brewing Company in Boulder.
