Homeward Alliance partnered with Realities for Children to transform their annual carnival into a safe drive-through Family Resource Fair. At least 125 households attended, and were provided with over $15,000 in fun stuff for kids like Chipper’s Lane coupons, books from Barnes and Noble, stuffed animals from PetSmart and Santiago’s breakfast burritos to enjoy while driving through the Realities’ campus. The kids also enjoyed entertainment from Corey Nelson’s juggling, Daniel Jaspersen’s magic tricks, circus performers, Star Wars characters, Thor, Rocket and Cinderella! Each family picked up clothing and baby items from Homeward Alliance, The Nappie Project and the Food Bank for Larimer County.
