Two Colorado Early Colleges Fort Collins schools are offering free meals for everyone 18 years and under. All drive-up sites are open 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. These meals are healthy, scratch-made reheatable meals that are made in CEC’s scratch kitchen and children must be present to claim the meal. Each child can get one meal bag each day. Bags include one breakfast meal and one lunch meal. Staff includes notes of encouragement on the bags. Each site will be taking the greatest measure for food safety and sanitation precautions during this time.
Pickup process:
- When you arrive, radio and tell CEC staff how many people you have in your car.
- Maintaining six feet distance, the staff will deliver one meal bag per child.
