The Eyeopeners Kiwanis Foundation hosted their annual Gingerbread Home for the Holidays event in December, where 40 houses were decorated. Mounds of candy, pretzels, marshmallows and over 150 pounds of powdered sugar were used for frosting and decorating. The event raised over $10,000 for Eyeopeners Kiwanis Foundation programs, which include 30 service projects providing service and leadership opportunities for youth from pre-school through college.
