Women of Vision Gala

At the Women of Vision Gala on Wednesday, July 24th, three Honorees were singled out as having taken their “vision” to a whole higher level: Congratulations to Rudi Taylor for being awarded The New Colorado Women of Influence Foundation 2019 Woman of Inspiration Award! Her company Harley’s Dream was established in 2016 to create awareness and educate the public about the cruel commercial dog breeding industry, also known as puppy mills. We are proud to announce that the Town of Berthoud has an ordinance in place that doesn’t allow puppy mill animals to be sold in Berthoud…thank you, Rudi! The 2019 Woman of Courage Award was awarded to Danette Haag, of Windsor, founder of Soul on Fire-Beauty from Ashes, while the 2019 Dr. Joan King International Woman of Vision Award was awarded to Holly Petitt of Loveland, Founder of Africa Bags, to help women in villages in Malawi learn a skill and earn an income by making beautiful tote bags.[envira-gallery id=”20570″]
