The Human Bean celebrated the opening of its newest location at 6505 West 29thStreet in Greeley, on Wednesday, June 26. Prior to the opening, fans, supporters and employees crowded around the new stand for a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 25. Local Human Bean treats and customized beverages were offered to those participating in the celebration. Located at St. Michael’s Town Square, this Human Bean marks the tenth location in northern Colorado, featuring their signature double-sided drive-thru, and a large outdoor area including additional seating and walkways for easy access to nearby facilities such as the new UC Health Hospital.
Voted “Best Coffee Shop in Greeley”for the past several years, and being recognized as a“Top Small Business to Watch in Colorado for 2018,”The Human Bean proudly serves coffee procured through their Farm Friendly Direct program and offers a vast selection of locally-sourced products on their endless menu. Their selection includes an array of hand-blended specialties, hot or iced beverages, and food offerings for any time of day. With kid-friendly options and a walk-up window for those who enjoy patio time, the baristas are ready to serve up a personalized order for every customer.
Most notably known for their commitment to community, The Human Bean of northern Colorado is passionate about making an impact beyond their drive-thru lanes. They are regularly present at fundraising events throughout the area, as well as giving life to their own events, including Guest Barista days to raise awareness for local non-profit organizations; hosting various drives for school supplies, baking items and toys to pass along to local groups in need; and going above and beyond in the highly anticipated Coffee For a Cure day every October where 100% of sales are returned to local foundations to serve the community. The St. Michael’s location is open for business and will host a grand opening for the public in late summer where they will feature $2 16-ounce drinks all day with 100% of all sales being donated to Life Stories Child & Family Advocacy.
