The 28th Annual Colorado Governor’s Art Show and Sale introduced the public to the fine art of many of the state’s top artists. The juried show, which ran from May 4 to June 2 at the Loveland Museum, kicked off with a gala for patrons, sponsors and artists. Net proceeds from the art sale benefit many community and youth needs in Larimer County through the Loveland and Thompson Valley Rotary Clubs. One third of the net proceeds from the 2019 Governor’s Art Show will be donated to the Thompson Education Foundation’s Homeless Assistance Fund. The fund provides a variety of services for homeless students and their families – from gas and grocery cards to basic car repair and medical services.
