Purpose Brewing is hosting a birthday celebration for the Brewery owner Frezi Bouckaert on April 5 from 7-9 p.m. at Purpose Brewing & Cellars. Frezi has done it all—financial planner, cop, bartender, mother, wife and brewery owner—you’re invited to celebrate with delicious eats by Z Catering, Staffing & Events paired with inspired craft beer. Not only is the event celebrating Frezi’s genuine heart for the NOCO community but $5 of each ticket price will be donated to Realities for Children. As a community we simultaneously get to celebrate with a delicious meal while supporting a local organization that provides for the unmet and ongoing support needs for the children in Northern Colorado who have been abused, neglected or are at-risk.
1st course: An assortment of gourmet stuffed brie all baked to creamy perfection. Served with crostini, crisps and vegetables paired with Barrel of Fun (Barrel-aged Familie Klepkes)
2nd course: De-Constructed Asian Salad, paired with Tomàquet (a beer that pays homage to the Catalonian Spanish tomato bread, Pa amb Tomàquet.
3rd course: Sous-Vide Cedar Torched Salmon. Alaskan Salmon touched with olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper and dill, smoked on-site and torch finished on cedar planks and fire roasted vegetables paired with Frezia, an apricot honey beer.
4th course: Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream. Peaches and crème sorbet prepared live with liquid nitrogen and macerated Purpose Beer Cherries and paired with The Snifter, a malty, porter-like uncarbonated beer.
