Local Denver Nuggets Skills Challenge Winners Advance to Sectionals

The Denver Nuggets Skills Challenge was January 19 at the Greeley Recreation Center and 43 participants attended the event. NOCO represented big! Both boys and girls competed in three different skill challenges: dribbling, passing and shooting. The first place winners from each age group will compete at Sectionals on February 10 at the Foothills Activity Center in Fort Collins.

Boys 6-7               1^st place:  Kolter Cranson of Greeley

Girls 6-7               No participants this year for this age group

Boys 8-9               1^st place: Beau Rupp of Greeley 

Girls 8-9                1^st place: Campbelle Otte of Windsor

Boys 10-11           1^st place:  Everett Lewis of Greeley 

Girls 10-11            1^st place: Emma Rivera of Firestone

Boys 12-13           1^st place: No participants this year for this age group

Girls 12-13            1^st place: Madison Haring of Greeley

Those that compete and win in Sectionals will advance to the state level competition. Greeley Recreation staff would like thank those area youth that participated in the event and congratulate all the individuals that won in their age divisions.
