Johnstown CO Candlelight is delighted to present a classic tale of Good versus Evil and triumph over adversity, Oliver!. Candlelight is a full-service professional dinner theater and event space focused on staging high-caliber Broadway style musical theater.
The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver escapes to London and finds acceptance among a group of petty thieves and pickpockets. He becomes falsely convicted of a crime that leads to events threatening his chances of discovering the true love of a family.
Oliver! is one of the few musicals to win an Academy Award for Best Picture and is widely hailed as a true theatrical masterpiece. Director Shannan Steele accompanied by choreographer, Bob Hoppe and music director, Phil Forman bring their impressive knowledge together to create an all immersive world at Candlelight!
