Fort Collins Country Club Appoints New General Manager

On January 15th, after a nationwide search, the Fort Collins Country Club announced the appointment of Mike Pierce as the permanent general manager. Pierce will be responsible for continued membership growth, while overseeing operations of the acclaimed 18-hole championship golf course, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness center and three restaurants.

His knowledge of the Club and its membership, along with extensive business experience and active community involvement, made him the perfect choice when the position became available. “I am thrilled to be named the permanent GM of the Fort Collins Country Club,” said Pierce. Since he has taken the role, the Club saw record-breaking membership growth in December and January.

Pierce has been a northern Colorado resident for 39 years. He and his wife Calie have lived in a home on the Fort Collins Country Club golf course for the past 18 years where they raised their family. Almost 700 families enjoy membership at Fort Collins Country Club, served by 120 employees. It is a place to create memories and relationships that will last a lifetime.
