October 11 — This October, Sonny Lubick’s Steakhouse in Fort Collins celebrates ten years in operation as one of the city’s premier dining destinations. Sonny Lubick attributes Sonny’s success to the staff and management team, “We have great people working at the restaurant who are committed to providing great service, food and drinks.”
To commemorate this milestone, Sonny’s is offering a tenth anniversary wine dinner special, featuyring four courses expertly prepared and perfectly paired. This special will be available through November 10.
Sonny’s also announces the appointment of general manager T.R. Shuttleworth. T.R. has served as executive chef since 2014, promoting a philosophy of progressive entree recipe design and artful presentation. His inspired entree selections have added a fresh dimension to the menu to provide a delightful dining experience in addition to the high-quality steaks customers have enjoyed for years. Chef Mike Gadwa, former sous chef at Sonny’s, takes Shuttleworth’s place directing the culinary program.
