McKee Wellness Foundation announced that 2019’s Gala for Wellness, whimsically themed Under the Big Top, raised approximately $200,000 to support the Foundation’s Care Innovation Fund. Proceeds support cancer patients and their families with services such as acupuncture, massage, health psychology, meditation and other holistic therapies that are critical to one’s wellness in battling this terrible disease. The annual event’s remarkable success is due to the incredible generosity of its sponsors, contributors and guests. Since 2016, the Gala for Wellness has raised more than $750,000 to support Banner Health patient services as well as community programs.
